Participants will be housed in modern accommodations in Jerusalem, Israel’s vibrant cultural and diplomatic hub, with easy access to embassies, international organizations, and MFA headquarters.
The opening of the program is subject to approval by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Masa Diplomats offers exceptional young Jewish professionals an immersive journey into the world of international diplomacy through the unique lens of Israel’s diplomatic experience. Run in cooperation with Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, this is a highly selective, prestigious program with limited spots available.
Over six intensive weeks, selected participants will:
- Receive hands-on diplomatic training from active MFA officials and international diplomacy experts
- Develop strategic communication and negotiation skills essential for global leadership
- Gain deep insights into Israel’s history, foreign policy challenges, and diplomatic relations, such as Israel in the UN and bilateral relations
- Connect with a powerful global network of diplomatic professionals and future leaders
Ever since October 7th I witness with horror the surge in antisemitism, misinformation and demonization of Israel and of Jews. We mustn’t accept it quietly . On the contrary its an emergency call for action.
Masa diplomats ,powered by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs , is designed for those who want to answer that call, gain in depth knowledge, communication skills and hands on experience by the best professionals and diplomats in Israel.

Who We're Looking For
Masa Diplomats is a prestigious program run in partnership with Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with limited spots available. This selective program is designed for accomplished young Jewish professionals who meet the following profile:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher (any field of study)
- Have a passion for representing Israel and Jewish interests on the global stage
- A track record of real achievement. You have meaningful experience in advocacy, project management, or leading initiatives and processes — ideally with a demonstrated history of activity in support of the State of Israel.
- Genuine motivation. You can clearly articulate why Israeli advocacy matters to you and why this program is the next step in your career journey into diplomacy, international business, non-profit leadership, or advocacy.
- Strong English proficiency. You’ll be training and working in an international, English-speaking cohort.
- Eligibility under Israel’s Law of Return. This program operates under Masa’s mandate, which requires that participants be eligible under the Law of Return.
- A first-time Masa participant. This opportunity is reserved for candidates who have not previously taken part in a Masa program.
- Full commitment. You’re ready to complete the entire selection process (CV review, motivation letter, a personal interview, and a psychological assessment), and, if accepted, to commit fully to all six weeks of the program.

- Seek to advance their careers in diplomacy, international business, non-profit leadership, or advocacy
