Masa Diplomats offers exceptional young Jewish professionals an immersive journey into the world of international diplomacy through the unique lens of Israel’s diplomatic experience.

Over six intensive weeks, selected participants will:

Receive hands-on diplomatic training from active MFA officials and international diplomacy experts
Develop strategic communication and negotiation skills essential for global leadership
Gain deep insights into Israel’s history, foreign policy challenges, and diplomatic relations such as Israel in the UN and Bilateral relations
Connect with a powerful global network of diplomatic professionals and future leaders

Ever since October 7th I witness with horror the surge in antisemitism, misinformation and demonization of Israel and of Jews. We mustn’t accept it quietly . On the contrary its an emergency call for action.

Masa diplomats ,powered by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs , is designed for those who want to answer that call, gain in depth knowledge, communication skills and hands on experience by the best professionals and diplomats in Israel.

Here you will feel the pulse of the country and see for yourself the reality on the ground, build international network with peers and become the leader you were destined to be.
