This unique 6-week program combines self-defense training, community, and an unforgettable summer in Israel.

Participants spend the full program in Tel Aviv, where they train together and experience daily life in one of Israel’s most exciting cities. The program brings together young Jewish adults from around the world, with a special focus on participants from the United States, creating an international group experience in the heart of Israel.

During the program, participants take part in daily Krav Maga training and learn practical self-defense techniques in the country where Krav Maga was developed. Training includes physical fitness, mental resilience, and situational awareness in a group setting.

No prior experience is required. Participants should be in generally good health, ready for active training, and comfortable with physical contact during partner work.

This program is perfect for young adults looking for self-defense skills, connection, community, and an unforgettable summer in Tel Aviv.
