This unique program is designed for participants who are seriously considering making Aliyah and want to explore how to make a life in Israel and what resources are available to new olim.
The program combines:
The program will take place at Beit Brodetsky in North Tel Aviv, a leading center specializing in Hebrew instruction and Israeli integration of young adults from around the world.
If you previously participated in a Masa short-term program, you are still eligible to receive a Masa scholarship for this long-term program. Your participation in a short-term program does not affect your eligibility for long-term Masa funding.
The program is open to eligible Jewish young adults from around the world. However, we wanted to offer this opportunity first to our short-term Masa participants and alumni who are already in Israel or planning a serious exploration of Aliyah.

The Hebrew language studies at Beit Brodetsky Ulpan are designed to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in Hebrew, including speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the language. The program consists of approximately 500 hours of intensive Hebrew instruction, with classes taking place five days a week. Participants are assessed and divided into classes according to their Hebrew proficiency level, allowing them to study alongside other students with a similar level of knowledge.

Participants will live together with other young participants from around the world at Beit Brodetsky, located in a quiet residential area of North Tel Aviv. The apartments are fully furnished and equipped for participants to cook for themselves, offering a unique international atmosphere and a strong sense of community, while remaining easily accessible to all areas of Tel Aviv by public transportation.

Masa fellows have access to many unique benefits that promote building a connection to Israel as well as growing your community. Several hours will take you to new destinations around Israel. Locally organized social activities and programming will facilitate developing your network and Hebrew language instruction will help you navigate Israeli society like a local.
